Well secured with a compound wall and a front land area and garden, this private property has a wonderful view of the sea from its location behind the famous light house beach, Kovalam. The roof top terrace is thatched to sit down and relax in a gentle breeze from the Arabian Sea. The home is in a peaceful location, away from the towns and road and the crowds. All you hear would be the murmur of the waves from the sea and the rustle that passes you by with every breeze. The location has been known for years as ‘ Mayakkunnu’, which in the local language Malayalam, aptly means fantasy hills

Thiruvananthapuram is the nearest city and is of great historical interest, with forts, palaces and temples.
