Kitchen, living area, dining table, attached bathrooms, balcony and the thatched rooftop are all parts of your accommodation. 
 
The property is enclosed in a garden with a compound view and there is a beautiful view of the sea. There is also a roof top terrace on which to relax and take in the view. The villa is well furnished, kitchen and bathrooms equipped. It is the perfect place to relax and visit the lovely beaches of Kovalam. 
 
The roof top terrace is thatched to sit down and relax in a gentle breeze from the Arabian Sea. The home is in a peaceful location, away from the towns and road and the crowds. All you hear would be the murmur of the waves from the sea and the rustle that passes you by with every breeze. The location has been known for years as ‘ Mayakkunnu’, which in the local language Malayalam, aptly means fantasy hills

The beds are well kept.  
Mirrors, dressing tables are available, in each bedroom.

The beach and the beach side restaurants have been a hub of tourist attracations since decades.  
 
Thiruvananthapuram is the nearest city and is of great historical interest, with forts, palaces and temples. 
These are spots of tourist and cultural interests. Besides the beach there are backwater spots,High ranges,Theme parks around the Trivadrum city.  
We can arrange you cab for touring these locations. 
 
The biggest local supermarket, is 2kms away. There are autorikshaws which can take you any where around at really very low rates!
