It has its own private terrace ideal for alfresco dining or just wiling away the time watching the numerous birds & butterflies which frequent the area. As it is in a village environment you can also observe the friendly local people going about their daily work.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a local chef available if required.
It is only a short walk to the famous Lighthouse Beach with its many restaurants and shops.
The property is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & induction hob. Bed linen & towels are changed twice a week with maid service three times per week.

Taxis & Auto-rickshaws are readily available for modest cost while local buses stop a short distance from the house.
Trivandrum airport is approx. 14kms away while the city centre is about 16kms.
