Casa Maya is a superb Portuguese colonial property, which has all the style and élan of a boutique hotel, is air conditioned, has helpful staff, and is just a few minutes from Candolim beach. Casa Maya offers within the basic rental price: more space than some of the most expensive suites in the best hotels in Goa. Luxury 24x12' swimming pool. Sun terrace on the roof and BBQ. Exclusive use of its own landscaped grounds with mango and frangipan trees, a terrace shaded by a pergola and a sun-lounging area. Full air conditioning. Live-in maid service providing daily breakfast, cleaning and full laundry services. Cable television. Satellite radio. Phone connection to make free local STD and charged cheap rate international calls. Exquisite furnishings and fittings as well as original artwork on the walls. Chauffeured airport transfers. Night security. Emergency battery power in case of power cuts.

Outside
The property has a large front garden and small back garden with terraces outside each bedroom opening on to it. There is a 24x12' swimming pool with a shower which is for the guests exclusive us. There is a tiled patio outside the living room and next to the kitchen with wooden decking that leads on to the pool. The tiled terrace has a round glass table set on a rattan base with matching rattan chairs. There are four hand made cane sun loungers with upholstered mattresses. There is also a barbeque available. There is a roof terrace with an original floral design mosaic floor that provides a private place to sunbathe. A gardener comes in daily to maintain the garden and the pool is cleaned daily. There is also a security guard who is on duty from 8pm - 8am.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Candolim Beach which is approx 5 minutes walk away has beach shacks with sun loungers available. There is also a choice of other beaches which can be reached by taxi or scooter.

Travel
The nearest airport is Dabolim which is approx 45 mins drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged as can local drivers and taxis as well as scooter hire which is recommended for easy local travel.

Distances
Casa Maya is in Candolim village and is 10 minute drive from Calangute. It is easily accessible to Panjim and also the northern beaches of Morjim and Aswem. The famous Wednesday Flea market at Anjuna is about half an hours drive away or accessible boat from the beach and Ingo's Saturday Bazaar is 20 minutes away.

Further details
Casa Maya is in Candolim village and apart from being near to the beach there are plenty of shops and restaurants in Candolim Beach Road which takes you to the beach. Candolim Road is a couple of minutes walk away and has banks with ATM machines, Bureau de Change, restaurants and supermarkets.

A 50% deposit is required when the booking is made. The full balance of the payment is required 5 weeks before commencement of the booking.
