New villa on small development with pool and tropical landscaped gardens. The property is fully furnished, is very spacious and offers lots of natural light. Sky TV is available at the property. There is a good sized pool with loungers, parasol and table available with the property. There is a small shop just across the road which provides daily necessities. Opposite the property is a popular restaurant, Androns, which serves delicious foods from 11.00 A.M. The nearest town is Mapusa, which is approx. a 15 min. drive away. Here you will find many local shops, chemist, banks, doctors etc. There is also a great market in Mapusa where an abundance of fresh produce is available daily. The beaches of Candolim, Calangute and Baga are a mere 25 min. drive. There is a lot to see and do in Goa and trips/excursions can be arranged locally. A folder is in the property with details. Getting around and places to see. Moped and car hire is very cheap, but not for the faint hearted!! I personally prefer to use taxis as they are very reliable and very very cheap! The locals are very friendly and will be able to help you with anything you may require and have knowledge of the best places to visit and beaches to sunbathe on. Birdwatching is a very popular pastime in Goa and this can also be arranged. There is an array of restaurants and beach. 
 
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.The villa has television satellite/cable. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. I have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Smoking is allowed in this villa. Pets are welcome 
Extra deposit taken. The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking. Close to the villa you will find walking, shopping areas, a food shop less yhan 15 minutes away.Less then 45 minutes drive away and within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, a sports center, historic sites, a restaurant. Go karting, 12 miles approx, boat rides to see Dolphins approx 15/20 miles. Temples and Old Goa, approx 25 miles, Coco Beach, approx 10 miles away, Anjuna market approx 12 miles away. Daobolim airport is approx 50 minutes drive away.

The property also benefits from large sun loungers with table and parasol. There is 24 hour security and the property also has a gardener on site to tend the beautiful landscaped, tropical style gardens.

All of these facilities and other types of excursions are available at very reasonable prices. The owner has access to a regular and relaible taxi driver, named Chand, who she has known for many years.

On booking 1/3 of the total holiday cost is to be paide. The balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A damage deposit of £250.00 is also required along with final payment but paid as a separate cheque which wont be cashed but returned upon completion of a satisfactory check out by my property manager. Cheques or direct bank transfer are both acceptable methods of payment. If the booking is cancelled within 12 weeks of departure the initial fee is forfeit, 6 weeks before, 50% of fee is forfeit.
