Vagator (4.5 Kms):Sparsely populated even during season, Vagator sports 2 beaches - Greater Vagator & Little Vagator.
Anjuna (4.5 Kms):Known for its famous flea market and the full-moon beach parties that continue till the early hours of the morning.
Baga (7 Kms):A favourite for tourists for its safe swimming and numerous beach shacks with delectable foods. The beach can get quite crowded during season.
Calangute (10 Kms):Also known as the 'Queen of Goa Beaches'. Great beach shacks and buzzing with activity till late into the night
Candolim (13 Kms):More secluded, a beautiful beach, away from the maddening crowd.

Deposit Requirements: a)For rentals from 15th Dec to 16th Jan. and in all cases where the booking is made within 60 days or less prior to check-in, 100% of the amount is payable as Booking Advance
b)For all other bookings 25% is payable at time of booking. Balance 75% to be paid 60 days prior to date of check-in
Balance Payment:In above case (b)where a balance is due, the entire balance amount to be paid on/ before 60 days prior to check-in date. If balance is not received within this time the reservation shall automatically cancel, without any intimation to the person making the booking and the Booking Advance amount paid shall stand forfeited.
All payments once made are non-refundable.
Security Deposit: A refundable cash security deposit in Rupees 10,000 is payable upon check-in.
