The luxury apartment consists of a one bedroomed air-conditioned bedroom with attached balconies, one wetroom bathroom with hot water facilities and branded shower fitments. The fully fitted, white hardwood, kitchen has granite worktops and a gas cooking station with SS fitments. The kitchen is equipped with an LG washing-machine,extra large fridge-freezer, convection microwave and prestige cook-ware.
The lounge has an 22" LCD television with a Satellite connection, dining table for four, and sofa settees all in cane. This luxury penthouse has an adjourning apartment which can be accessed to create a very spacious 2 bedroom/2bathroom 140 sq. meter - four balcony space to sleep eight. The penthouse apartments are located within the beach belt & near the village of Varca in a gated complex with parking spaces and landscaped gardens and large, shared pool. Landscaped gardens and gymnasium complete this small gated complex with 24 hr security which is within walking distance of Varca village and the beach with its 5* hotels

The apartment has its own private garden which joins onto the landscaped gardens close to the pool while maintaining privacy.
The gated complex is exclusive and has 24 hr security and is ideally situated between the beach belt and Varca Village.
The main Radisson Beach hotel is located 500 metres away and provides additional amenities such as water sports and para sailing. Within walking distance is the post office and banks and supermarkets with money changing facilities and internet access.
The off-licence is also within walking distance from the complex along with supermarket and internet cafe and restaurants. Scooters, pushbikes and cars can be hired very cheaply nearby.
Transfer from the airport is included in the price (not departure). Maid Service is also included (3 times a week and linen and towels changed twice). All linen and bath and beach towels are available at the property.
Tours and trips are available to book (taxi) and the local bus goes regularly to the markets and nearest towns and villages. Alternatively push bikes and scooters are available to hire at inexpensive rates.
Internet access is available at a small extra charge...and mobile sim cards are available to buy (at the local supermarket)
