The owners bought the house as a second home,so the interiors has been stylishly furnished to provide a comfortable retreat for the family holidays. 
This spacious open plan kitchen lounge and diner gives this property a relaxed and roomy feel. 
The lounge,diner and two bedroom have been furnished with quality teak wood furniture from Rajasthan bringing a wonderful feel of India to the residence. 
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for cooking that evening meal if you prefer not to eat out. A water purifier has also been fitted so no need for that bottled water. 
There is also a laundry room fully equipped with washing machine etc 
 
 
 
With one kingsize and one twin bedroom, both with balconies, this property is ideal for families or couples, with plenty in the surrounding area to do during your stay

The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with the pool just 25mtrs across from the property. The roof terrace gets the sun all day and is ideal for Sun bathing . The gardens on three sides of the villa are very colourful with local plants and flowers displayed in abundance. The Patio at the back of the house is cool and overlooks a coconut and mango grove which boasts a profusion of beautiful local birds which gives this hideaway ambience. The gardens and balconies are well furnished. Danika complex has 24 hour security throughout the year Please note: The shared outdoor pool does not have a lifeguard and children under the age of 5 years must be supervised by a responsible person. Anyone using the pool does so at their own risk.
