2 Bedroom Apartment in Candolim

The apartment is on the ground floor, though there are about 5 steps up from the main entrance. It is a cozy home away from home, with everything provided except your personal belongings. The beds all have very comfortable premium quality spring mattresses and clean bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped to enable you to whip up a meal if you so desire. The largest supermarket in goa Newtons is just around the corner form Regal Park.
The apartment measures 100 sq m. It has 2 balconies, the front balcony is 7m long and faces the pool and the gardens. It gets the early morning sun which makes it an ideal place for breakfast. The complex and the pools are very well maintained by the staff.
Ideally located, surrounded with flora, coconut trees, mango trees, ferns and palms as well as exotic tropical flowers. There are 3 swimming pools and 3 acres of landscaped gardens in the complex. Pool furniture, sun beds, tables and chairs are provided. There is ample parking for cars or scooters available too if needed. The balcony looks onto the pool and gardens and has cane furniture for relaxing in.
Shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's, Newtons supermarket are all within walking distance. Taxi's are easily available just outside the gate and scooters and bikes can be hired for a nominal charge.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds, with spring mattresses. Both have balconies and are airconditioned. They are furnished with tasteful bed linen, ceiling fans, table lamps, wardrobes, mirrors and mosquito netting on the windows.
Bathrooms: There is one bathroom. It is fully tiled and equipped with modern western fittings. It also has a water heater for running hot water.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a granite work counter. It is equipped with a gas hob, microwave oven with grill, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, water filter and washing machine. Crockery and cutlery along with cooking pans & all cooking implements are provided.
Living Rooms: The living room has a 3 piece sofa set, a 21 inch TV fitted with a Tata Sky connection. The balcony outside provides a pleasant view of the gardens. The 4 seater dinnette is placed in the balcony. The living room is a cozy haven to unwind and relax in.

We have a water filter in the kitchen, as well as an electricity invertor, which is a back up battery power unit in case of power failure. Iron & Ironing boad are also available. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and bed linen will be provided. Pool /beach towels are not provided and are easily available at any of the local shops. Linen change & cleaning will be done by the maid service twice a week.

Candolim Beach is a 7-minute walk. Beaches at Calangute, Baga, Coco Beach, Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, Asvem, Arambol etc are accessible by taxi/scooter.
The sun-kissed beaches of Candolim are dotted with beach shacks which serve food, drinks and provide sun-beds throughout the day. Water sports are also available. At night, there is ample entertainment at the various night clubs, bars & restaurants. After all the fun outside, you walk back into the cool secure comfort of the apartment.

Other places of interest are the Churches at Old Goa, temples, Spice Plantation, Tiracol Fort at Querim, Saturday Night Market, Anjuna Flea Market and the various beaches.
Floating Casinos, boat tours, water sports, Dolphin Trips are other attractions of Goa.
The markets and shops selling all kinds of beach-wear, garments, colourful curios and bric-a-brac dot the streets and are hard to resist.
