Vacation Rental Description
Set in mature gardens this large 3 double bedroom apartment is ideally situated for all local amenities and only a ten minute walk to the beach at Calangute. The apartment has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with beautiful high quality furnishings. There is a 3 and a 2 seater sofa and 3 armchairs providing ample seating for all. We provide a flat screen television with satelite channels and also a DVD machine. The dining area has a large glass and walnut dining table seating 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen has fitted units a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and a large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All rooms have individual remote controlled air conditioning units with the addition of ceiling fans for those who prefer. The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, an en-suite and seperate balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers 2 bedside tables and lamps as well as its own en-suite and balcony. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, wardrobe chest of drawers, two bedside tables and lamps with a balcony and main bathroom next door. The apartment is well maintained with on site facilities such as internet, hairdressers, ayuveda massage, two pools a restaurant and bar.
Facilities
Although we don not provide a stereo or hi fi system, we do have speakers in the apartment for your i pod to sit in. There are two swimming pools one opposite this apartment ideal for families with small children.
Activities
Goa offers an abundance of watersports from windsurfing, jet skis, paragliding,banana boats etc. There are great day trips where you can go spotting crocodiles and have yourself an elephant shower after a visit to the spice park.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure, plus a £100 refundable breakages bond. Providing the property is left undamaged your bond will be refunded within one week of your return.
