Set in mature gardens this large 3 double bedroom apartment is ideally situated for all local amenities and only a ten minute walk to the beach at Calangute. The apartment has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with beautiful high quality furnishings. There is a 3 and a 2 seater sofa and 3 armchairs providing ample seating for all. We provide a flat screen television with satelite channels and also a DVD machine. The dining area has a large glass and walnut dining table seating 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen has fitted units a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and a large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All rooms have individual remote controlled air conditioning units with the addition of ceiling fans for those who prefer. The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, an en-suite and seperate balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers 2 bedside tables and lamps as well as its own en-suite and balcony. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, wardrobe chest of drawers, two bedside tables and lamps with a balcony and main bathroom next door. The apartment is well maintained with on site facilities such as internet, hairdressers, ayuveda massage, two pools a restaurant and bar.
