Vacation Rental Description
The villa, which is on 3 levels is fully furnished to a high standard which includes the following: - 
 
At the top level of the villa is a roof terrace with chairs and table. Great for sunbathing or relaxing under the stars in the evenings. There is also a double bedroom on this level with an en-suite shower room and toilet and balcony. 
 
On the 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and built in wardrobe and one with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. Both rooms have a balcony and a shower room and toilet en-suite. 
 
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living/dining room incorporating Tata Sky television and two large European style sofas, great for lounging on at the end of a busy day. The kitchen is fully-fitted with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, hob, wall-mounted water filter and toaster. There is also a 4th shower room/toilet next to the kitchen. 
 
There is a small tiled garden at the back of the house and a gated, landscaped garden at the front of the house with parking room for a car and a scooter. 
 
All rooms are air-conditioned and have adjustable ceiling fans.  
 
Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool. Please note: The shared outdoor pool does not have a lifeguard and children should be supervised by a responsible person. Anyone using the pool does so at their own risk. In order to maintain the pool it may occassionally be out of use whilst essential repairs/maintenance are carried out.  
 
There is a laundry/cleaning service provided three times a week and, if required, the hiring of taxis, scooters, and/or bicycles can be arranged. 
 
The villa is situated on a quiet road just off the main Colva to Benaulim road and a 24hr security service is provided. There are two beaches about 1km away, Baywatch Beach is a quieter beach and Colva Beach is slightly livlier. Both beaches have various bars and restaurants providing a variety of local and continental food and drinks at very cheap prices.

    • The kitchen also has a gas hob, toaster, kettle and water filter A cot and high chair can be provided if required An invertor provides one fan and one light in each room in case of a power cut Bed linen and towels are provided A cleaning service is provided (2 cleans and 2 bed changes per week).

    • The local beaches also provide paragliding, jet skiing, banana boats and body surfing. For the evening there is the Colva Monday night flea market which also has entertainment i.e. singers and dancers as well as great shopping - ideal for presents and souvenirs. There are lots of colourful Indian stalls, continental shops and various restaurants all along the main street in Colva. Other ameneties include local supermarkets, chemists, banks (ATMs)etc., dentists, doctors and medical treatments (mainstream or Ayurevdic). 
     
    As well Goas beautiful beaches there are many places of interest to visit including temples and churches, waterfalls and spice farms or you can take a relaxing cruise up the river Sal. Visit the night markets in the cool of the evening or take a trip to see the dolphins. Or for the 'younger' ones there is go-karting. For the more flexible ones there are Yoga sessions or just relax with a massage.

    For parties of more than 6 people a surcharge of £7 per extra person per night will be made. A 50% deposit will secure bookings with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept bank transfers, either to our UK account or our Indian account. You can also make payment safe and securely online via PayPal. Please note that Paypal will make a small charge for each transaction. Please email for details. Prices include one taxi transfer from Dabolim Airport or Margao Station and maid service (2 cleans and 2 bed changes per week). In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
