An amount of 25% of total rental amount to be paid at the time of the booking. The balance rental amount (ie 75%) to be paid 6 weeks before check in to the apartment.
A refundable security deposit of 1/3rd of the total rental amount to be paid on arrival.

Rates are inclusive of water, electricity and gas charges. 5% discount for stay of 2 weeks and above. 10% discount for stay of 4 weeks and above. Please note that £100 is charged as a supplement for the christmas and new year week.
