This spacious apartment is set in a 3.5 acre privately owned gated site, there are 3 swimming pools in the complex, and large landscaped gardens. The grounds are maintained daily and has 24 hour Security. The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the pool (10m away).

The spacious lounge has 2 sofas (one of which can convert to a double Bed), coffee table and Satellite TV and has double french doors leading to the front balcony.
The Bathroom comprises, shower, WC, sink and a large Geyser providing Hot Water throughout the apartment.
The fully fitted Kitchen includes Dining table, Twin hob, Kettle, Toaster, H&C water, Water filter, fridge and utensils if you decide to eat in.
The Master Bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinet, table and a large built in (lockable) wardrobe with more than enough space for anyone, ceiling fans and AC** and has direct access to the front balcony.
The Second bedroom also has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside cabinet, table, ceiling fans and AC** and has direct access to the private rear balcony
The large well lit 7m Balcony to the front overlooks the pool, has table & chairs, is west facing and ideal for sitting out at the end of the day.
The Invertor will ensure you have fans, lights & TV even during Power cuts
Bedding & Towels for the apartment are provided.
Maid Service (change bedding, towels, clean apartment) three times a week

Regal Park is just 2 minutes away from the main Calangute - Candolim Road and 5 minutes away from the beach. Stalls, Shops (incl a large supermarket 2 minutes away), Bars, Restaurants, and Fruit market are a short stroll away so there is no need for a car.
Sports fans can be accommodated in the local Sports Bar (on the way to the beach) where English Premier League Night games start at 1.15 in the morning!
Nightlife options include the late night bars within Candolim, or a little further afield with the short (6 ~ 10km) taxi ride to Baga, Arpora or Anjuna.
Taxis are available outside the gate if you decide to venture further afield, or for the more adventurous the local buses can be caught at the end of the road. A bus ride to Mapusa (16km) costs just Rs9 (11p), Calangute (4km) Rs4, or to Panaji (12km) just Rs7 - Prices correct as at 04/08
Airport collection & drop off can be pre-arranged as can numerous sightseeing tours

Nearby bars & restaurants open until the early hours but do not intrude upon the quiet or privacy of Regal Park. There are all manners of Restaurants close at hand ranging from Indian/Goan (as you would expect) to Continental, Italian, Thai, English, Mexican, Chinese.
The Beach is a 5 min stroll, with various beach shacks offering drinks, snacks & food from early morning to early evening, look out for the Dolphins which are frequently visible from the shore.
The flea markets, Anjuna (Wed)& Arpora (Sat night)offer good entertainment & bargain hunting. The Sat night markets, offer live bands, food & drink as well as the market stalls & is a great night out.
For more serious shopping Mapusa (16km) & Panaji (12km) are close by. Friday is market day in Mapusa, Saturday is market day in Panaji.
For sightseeing, Old Goa with it's magnificent cathedrals (incl the St Francis Xavier tomb), Spice Plantation, Hindu Temples are well worth seeing.

Getting there

Direct flights from the UK are operated by Charter companies from October to mid May - search for holidays as well as flights only. All Charter flights to India have to include at least one nights accommodation - normally in a dormhouse which no-one ever uses (or even looks at).
At other times of the year scheduled flights are available to Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore. All of these airports have flights to Goa. Flying scheduled is often the preferred option for longer term visitors as it is often cheaper, you have more baggage allowance & is often more comfortable (than Charter flights)

High Season Price : £600 per Week
A 50% non refundable deposit secures your booking.
All bookings are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
The remainder of the booking fees are payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Minimum booking is 1 week
Discounts are available for bookings of 4 weeks or more
Prices are for the Apartment which sleeps up to 6 people, so prices per person start at £5 per person per night
Airport transfers in AC car can be arranged
