My name is Mr. LU Lin and I am the owner of this duplex apartment located in the heart of Wang Jing, Chao Yang district, Beijing, China. The penthouse is 165 sqm double-floors without an elevator on the six floor of the unit. The first floor includes one spacious bedroom with a king size bed and good light, one bathrooms equipped with a shower, one study room, one large living room, two balcony and kitchen room with gas stove and is well furnished. The second floor includes two spacious bedroom with a king size bed & single bed respectively and good light, one bathrooms equipped with a shower and one large terrace. What's more, internet, cable TV, YORK Air Conditioner and all appliances that you need during your stay, such as refrigerator (SIEMENS), 24 hours hot water, washing machine (SIEMENS) and microware are available.
