Main Description
The spacious apartment is set in a privately owned complex of only 21 apartments. It's approached by impressive gates, with its own 24 hour security guard. The grounds are maintained daily and have wonderful landscape gardens around the pool. Pathways are well light at night.
The apartment is on the 1 st floor overlooking the pool and gardens. Its one of 3 apartments only in this block.
All the room have modern ceiling fans and all the floors are tiled in matching cream colour tiles for coolness and all the doors are made of teak.

The apartment has one double room with its own balcony and air con and another twin room with 2 single beds The main bedroom has a 2 meter long modern lockable wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps and a cane chair.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a modern lockable wardrobe, bedside table and reading lamp, wall mirror and cane stool.It leads out to it's own balcony.
All the room have plug in mosquito lamps for your convenience.
The bathroom is modern, fully tiled, large shower, with showercurtain, and a hotwater geeser (if needed)2 towel rails.
The lounge is large and airy, its double door open up to the 7 meter long front balcony, a lovely place to sit in the evening having cool drinks. Its furnished with
cane suite, coffe table,ceiling and wall matching lamps, reading lamp, Cane dinning table and 3 chairs,large mirror
a 20 inch colour TV which has Tata sky . There is DVD player and small radio and CD unit.
The kitchen wall tiles and work surfaced are in black granite and the kitchen unit are hand made in teak wood. Its has a large silver fridge freezer, plenty of room for all your drinks, a 3 ringed gas ring hop and small electric oven. a washing machine, electric kettle, toaster,coffee maker, glasses, crocery and cutlery are provided.
We offer maid service twice weekly. linen is changed twice weekly.
There are numerous restaurants and hotels close by for you to dine in.

Markets: Anjuna Flea Market famous from back in the 60 by the hippies, it's now full of traders from all over India, it' on wednesday's and not to be missed and is just 10 kl away, a taxi will take you there and back for about £7
or take a boat trip to Anjuna market, its drop you off for 2 hours it's a wonderful sea journey all the way along the beach from Fort Aguarda passed Baga beach (Anjuna Johns boat Trip)
Indgo Saturday Night Market, just about 15 minutes away great stalls, food,drinks and live bands a must for a saturday night in Goa.
Culture Visit Old Goa, Churches dating back to the 17 Century, its has 7 churches and St Francis Zavier tomb
Its been declared a World Heritage Site.
Pangim the capital with its Portuguese buildings just 20 minutes drive away, good for shopping, boat trip down the Mandovi river or an evening on a floating Casino.

Maid service twice weekly and or driver will collect you at the airport.This privately owned apartment is set in a quiet landscaped gardens with only 21 apartments, its is aproached by impressive gates with it's own 24 hour security guard and has a lovely pool with pool side chairs/tables.
The grounds are maintained daily.The apartment is 105sm which is large, double doors opern up to a 7mt long balcony, furnished with cane and a hanging chair which over looks the pool which is lovely place to sit in the warm evenings.
Candolim beach is 8 mts walk away,its dotted with beach shacks where you can have lunch or just have a drink and watch the sunsets over the Arabian Sea. The apartment is situated at the quiter part of Candolim/Sinquerim beach next door to the 4 star Victor Exotica Hotel and close to up market shops and restaurants and 5 mts drive from the Famous Fort Aguarda Hotel,which is worth a vist for their Gala evening.

A 30% non refundable deposits secures the booking.
All are booking are quoted in UK sterling.
The remainder of the booking fees are payable 6 weeks prior to booking date.
We only accept a minimum of a week booking or a weeks charge.
We offer discounts on booking of 3/4 weeks
