White Sands is a beautiful detached Villa located right on Paje Beach, on the east coast of Zanzibar, which is about as close to a tropical island paradise as you can get.
The villa has stunning open views to the Indian Ocean and faces onto a sheltered lagoon where the water is shallow and safe for swimming. It's a perfect place to chill out, laze on the beach, snorkel, go kitesurfing, fishing or enjoy the cuisine in one of the several bars and restaurants near by.
The house has a large living room/kitchen and a big veranda looking over the gardens, the beach and the sea. There are two spacious bedrooms with big Zanzibari beds and full en-suite facilities. The house is situated in a good sized, walled plot and occupies a prime central position on Paje Beach.

Zanzibar Stone Town is a World Heritage City with winding alleys, bazaars, mosques and grand Arab houses. Stone Town can be easily reached by car or local bus. Enjoy the international Bausara Music Festival or the Zanzibar International Film Festival.
Other excursions include Jozani National Park, Spice Tours, and dolphin and whale watching. A beautifully restored Arab Dhow can be hired for sailing, snorkelling or fishing.

Paje is a superb location for all water sports and sea activities. There are several schools for diving, kitesurfing and plenty of opportunities for snorkelling, fishing, reef walking and other marine activities. It is also very convenient for dolphin watching at Kisimkasi and big game fishing.
