Spacious and secure detached house in walled garden within a gated community of 6 houses. Quiet avenue in old part of Somerset West with spectacular mountain views. 3 double bedrooms each with own complete bathroom. 20 minutes drive from Capetown International airport. 30 minutes from Capetown city bowl.

Large lounge with air conditioning/heating, open plan to dining room,large kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, combi microwave, oven and ceramic hob, all granite tops. Separate utility room with washing machine, double sink unit.
2 large tiled stoeps from lounge and dining room with outside built-in barbecue, well furnished with teak table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.

Guest toilet in hall with stairs leading to landing and 3 large bedrooms: Master Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, large patio doors leading to balcony facing THE HELDERBERG. Ensuite bathroom with 2 washbasins, wet room, bidet and W.C. air conditioned. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, spectacular views from large patio doors leading to balcony facing HOTTENTOT HOLLAND mountains. Ensuite full bathroom with bath and separate shower and W.C. Bedroom 3 with double bed, fitted furniture and full ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are carpeted. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge-property sleeps 6 (possible 8).
