A refundable 15% deposit will be required 4 weeks before your arrival in the house. The money will be refunded in full providing there are no breakages and damages to the property.

If you cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded only when you have given two weeks notice.

Payment can be accepted only by bank transfer.
