Located in the magnificent Paarl valley, Boschenmeer lies in the heart of Boland wine country surrounded by majestic mountains, rolling vineyards and wine estates, making it the ideal base from which to explore the Boland and Western Cape.

Boschenmeer is 20 minutes from Cape Town International airport and 35 minutes from Cape Town. The house is situated on the Boschenmeer Golf Estate benefiting from 24 hour security and mountain views from the front and back balconies.

The house has been furnished to give it a traditional colonial feel. The house exudes a feeling of luxurious comfort, backed up by modern appliances to cater for your every need.

There are three double bedrooms. The master is en-suite with bath/shower room and has a balcony. One of the other double bedrooms has a large balcony from where you can sip sundowners watching the sun disappear behind Paarl Rock. All bedrooms benefit from a large amount of built in cupboard space. Additionally there is a main bathroom equipped a power shower.

Clean sheets, duvets, pillows and towels will be prepared for visitors.

The kitchen consists of everything you may need during your stay including the following major appliances; Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Frost free Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. All crockery, cutlery and glassware has been supplied to ensure that you do not lack for anything and that your stay can be as restful and enjoyable as possible. There is also a TV and DVD player should you feel the need to relax away from the fantastic restaurants and vineyards

The house also benefits from three parking spaces – two in the driveway and one in the garage that has an electric door. This provides excellent safe storage for your golf clubs whilst you enjoy the rest of what the Western Cape has to offer.

The property is a brand new townhouse with 3 double bedrooms with the master bedroom being ensuite and the others benefit from the main bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards. The house benefits from 24hr security, 3 private parking spaces one of which is in the electric garage, garden, a large balcony with sun loungers from which you can watch the sunset and the mountains glow red, and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons. There is also a garden with table and chairs and a braai The estate itself also benefits from a large swimming pool, childrens play area and tennis courts all for use by residents. This is obviously in addition to the 27 hole golf course which is superb Paarl is in the heart of the Cape Winelands offering sensational food and wine experiences.Mountains, rivers, rich flora, magnificent panoramic views and a rich cultural and architectural heritheritage, contribute to making Paarl such a unique destination
