Perfectly situated in an elevated region of the ever trendy Tamboerskloof with all its cosmopolitan delis and restaurants, the house is a mere five minutes from the popular V&A Waterfront and just three minutes from the breathtaking beaches of Camps Bay.  
 
In addition to its calm and relaxing location on a quiet street, Lalapanzi's spacious open plan accommodation makes it a firm favourite with families and adult groups alike. whether you're basking on the upstairs roof terraces, or retreating from the hot South African sun under the vine-covered pool side pergola, you'll find space aplenty for outside living and entertaining.  
 
Lalapanzi boasts 3 large en-suite bedrooms all with 100% white cotton percale linen and twels with complimentrary luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. 
 
From the Master Bedroom you'll enjoy a stunning 360 degree, panoramic veiw of Devils Peak, Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Signal Hill and Cape Town City Centre and Harbour. You'll also find an extra length king size four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as direct access to the top sun deck and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the city. 
 
The first of the double bedrooms features superb views overlooking the city. There's also room to relax with an extra length queen size four poster bed (picture on website has not yet been updated), dressing room and en-suite bathroom. 
 
Perfect for children, the second double bedroom is set to the rear of the house and has its own access to the back garden and pool area. This room is furnished with bunk beds, a single bed and pull out truckle bed underneath. All beds are full adult size singles. As well as its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. A cot is also available for babies and toddlers. 
 
The house is fully secure with alarm system which is linked to ADT security response.  
 
You will be be greeted with a complimentary welcome tray on your arrival. 
 
We have chosen the name Lalapanzi for our house as the word means 'sleep well' in Zulu, which we are convinced you will do during your stay!

We provide a cleaning service once a week however, if you would prefer something more regular this can be arranged at an additional charge. We can also arrange for a small grocery shop to be done for you and this is settled on arrival at the Villa. We can also arrange for a holistic massage therapist to visit you at the house for a truly sensational massage in the comfort of the Villa, please enquire at time of booking for availability and cost.

Cancellation 1-2 months prior to the day of commencement - 50% of the total accomodation cost to be paid. Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to the day of commencement - 75% of the total accomodation cost to be paid. Cancellation 1-2 weeks prior to the day of commencement - 100% of total accomodation costs to be paid. This is also true for no show.
