Vacation Rental Description
This very private house is located in the popular Table View suburb of Cape Town, only minutes from Blouberg beach famous for its kite surfing and the best view of Table Mountain. Set in a quiet urbanisation close to shops bars and some fantastic restaurants makes it an ideal location for a family holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master having a queen size bed leading to the en-suite bathroom which has a corner bath with Jacuzzi and large walk in shower. Above the bath is a feature glass ceiling so you can relax in the bubbles under the stars. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds and all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a full bath and also a separate walk in shower.
Facilities
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with scullery, featuring all the necessary mod-cons that a family would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc... granite work surfaces and plenty of storage. The comfortable lounge has leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and Internet access if needed. Patio doors lead out to the private garden and pool. Sun loungers are provided as well as patio table and chairs; you are also welcome to use the large built in BBQ.
Activities
This ideal location is only 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town and the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with is quality designer shops, fantastic restaurants, vibrant entertainment, boat trips, helicopter rides and much more. With only a 15 minute drive you can visit the Ratanga Junction Theme Park or shop till you drop in the Century City Mall at Canal Walk.
If your looking for something closer to home your only 5 minutes from some great International bars and restaurants of Blouberg, overlooking the beach and Table Mountain.
