This luxury self catering property offers accommodation for up to 4 persons in a quiet and relaxed environment with an outdoor swimming pool and within 300 m of the beach and harbour. Situated in Hout Bay offering views of Chapman's Peak and the surrounding mountains and only 5 minutes drive from Hout Bay village offering a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
The accommodation has secure access with remote entry into the garage with space for three or four cars outside. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining room kitchen and bathroom.
The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is spacious and includes satellite TV, fireplace and comfortable seating for 6. The dining area (with seating for 8) leads onto an outdoor swimming pool and patio area for entertaining with barbecue facilities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including gas and electric cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.
Stairs lead up to the loft area with two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin) The master bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobes. Double doors open onto a private balcony with stunning views of the bay and Chapman's Peak. The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the surrounding mountains.
There is a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
