The second bathroom also has a separate shower and a full size bath. 2 of the bedrooms look out over the patio area to the solar heated pool. whereas the 3rd looks out to the back garden area offering a quieter space, ideal to put the kids to bed while the adults can enjoy those summer evenings on the patio outside.

Located 20 minutes from Cape Town International airport and only 5 minutes from the beach, this fantastic villa is a perfect location for a family holiday. Set in a quiet urbanisation, close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants yet only 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town City. Close by are the designer shops of Canal Walk and Ratanga Junction Theme Park. Blouberg beach, a short drive away, is famous for kite surfing and windsurfing and offers some exceptional restaurants where you can enjoy fine steaks, fresh fish, or just sipping cocktails with incredible views to Table Mountain.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with scullery, featuring all the necessary mod-cons that a family would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc... granite work surfaces and plenty of storage. If you feel the need to work whilst on holiday, you are welcome to use the broad band internet connection via a pay as you go USB modem. There is also satellite TV and a DVD/CD palyer. Outside you have a table and chairs with a built in BBQ on the patio area. In the garden you have sunloungers by the pool with the garden and pool being maintained on a regular basis. The double garage is also at your disposal. The property is completely walled and private with no other houses looking over, the patio area has a built in BBQ facing the sunny garden and pool area.

The Blouberg area of Cape Town is very popular for family holidays and the sports enthusiasts alike. This town has some of the best waves for surfing and a huge beach with a postcard view of Table Mountain. On clear evenings you'll see the beach start to get busy as its the ideal place for sundowners.

Along the beach front there are numerous modern bars and restaurants for all ages with facilities for the kidz. You've got Jimmy's Killer Prawns and the Ocean Basket if you are sea food lovers, Primi Blue for the pasta fans, the Grill for the best steaks around, and all at unbelievably good value.
