There is a new water park 'Smir Park' only a few minutes walk away and is only 350 metres from the world renowned Marina Smir with a large selection of restaurants and shops. 
 
The beach front development of Puerto Marina is on the Golden Mile and is considered to be the most exclusive and sought after in Marina Smir. recently built apartments blend well within the exotic gardens. which all adjoins the beach and sea. 
 
The apartment is on the first floor. The spacious double bedroom is fully air conditioned and is fitted with built-in wardrobes. Fantastic sea views. The other two double/twin bedrooms have both excellent sea views 
 
The apartment has a separate dining room and spacious living room that leads out onto the terrace with its magnificent views which overlooks the Golden Mile beach and the Mediterranean sea. 
 
The kitchen is what you would expect from this truly luxurious apartment, well equipped with all the latest gadgets and equipment. Adjoining the kitchen is a good sized terrace with beach and sea views 
 
The air conditioned apartment is 112 sq mtrs, and has spectacular beach and sea views from all windows. 
 
The Tangier/Rif Mountains region 
 
Tangier is a fascinating Moroccan city to visit. It has many of the things that travellers love--a sense of exotic mystery, interesting history, beautiful vistas, unspoiled beaches, and friendly people. 
 
Tangier is an interesting mix of north Africa, Spain, and France. It is located in northern Maroc , was under the control of France for the first half of the 20th century and is less than 20 miles from Spain across the Strait of Gibraltar. 
 
Frequent ferries make the short crossing from Europe each day, and many Cruise ships sailing between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic often include Tangier as a port of call. 
 
 
Situated directly on the beach, halfway between Ceuta and Tetouan, and 30 kilometres from Tangiers airport, Marina Smir is approached through unspoiled natural scenery. Just 40 kilometres across the sea from Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol, the marina and resort which opened in 1991 has been developed by a Spanish group to the same standards as one finds on the Costa del Sol, offering first-class facilities for yachtsmen and visiting tourists who wish to enjoy a Mediterranean resort with a difference. 
 
How to get there; 
 
Fly to ; Tangier, Gibraltar or Malaga 
 
Easy-Jet fly Gatwick to Tangier with a transfer at Madrid, 
Easy jet also fly to Barcelona where you can transfer via Jet4you.com to Tangier. 
Atlas Blue also has flights during the summer months. 
 
There is also BA, Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia 
 
Monarch and Easy-Jet fly to Gibraltar and from there, take a short taxi ride to the port of Algeciras to cross the Straights of Gibraltar to Ceuta and from there its a short taxi journey to our apartment 
 
Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly Dublin to Madrid with a transfer to Tangier with Easy Jet 
 
There are sailings between mainland Spain and the North African coast approximately every half hour during the day. Ferries will take about hour for the crossing 
 
Our Representative Hamid in Morocco will be able to facilitate all the necessary transfers to and from our apartment.
