Marrakech’s ancient and picturesque red city has the Atlantic Ocean 100 miles to the west and the majestic Atlas Mountains 30 miles to the south and east. The domaine is just 20 minutes by car from Menara (Marrakech) airport.

You are free to indulge your senses and lose yourself in the serenity of an acre of lush palm gardens surrounded by blooming roses, calming water fountains and olive trees, take a dip, soak up a mesmerising view of the High Atlas Mountains from the glorious master bedroom terrace or simply dissolve into a hammock and enjoy one of Morocco’s legendary 300 days of yearly sunshine.

Whilst you relax, your Moroccan home will be kept beautifully clean and tidy by a discreet team of housekeepers and maids and an optional private chef can cater to your every gastronomic whim should you wish to savour the very best of traditional Moroccan and European cuisine. This sumptuous recently built Villa using traditional materials and skillful craftsmen to give you the ultimate Marrakech experience, sleeps up to 10 people. The villa has five large en suite bedrooms complete with power showers. Three situated in the main villa and two in the luxury detached pavilion. 4 Bedrooms have very large double beds and one has 2 singles.

The master bedroom includes a furnished balcony with exquisite views of the Atlas mountains and the exotic vegetation in the walled garden, as well as luxurious bed linen and regal upholstered chairs.

There is a state of the art air conditioning system which is in operation throughout the whole villa.

Kasba retreat, has been painstakingly decorated and furnished: African textiles, inlaid chests, a huge drawing room fireplace and striking Moroccan art works. However, there are still modern home comforts for you to indulge in, a large flat screen TV, CD and DVD players and an MP3 player and internet connection.

For parties who prefer the independence of self-catering, the Kasba has a beautifully equipped Mobalpa fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, two large refrigerators with icemakers, a dishwasher, six burner hob, oven, pure filtered tap water for drinking.
This property also has a private swimming pool complete with sunloungers.

If a cosy night is on the agenda, the villa has a beautiful open fire in the drawing room.

-Payment- 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival date: . -Arrival & Departure- Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival time at noon or later. Depart at 10am. -Breakage Deposit- £250 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. -Bedlinen & towels- Bed linen and towels are provided at the residence. -Cleaning- Maid service during your stay available. Tipping the maid is common in Marrakech.
