Clients' comments
The villas was wonderful, the pictures really do not do it justice.....The villa was spotless, exceptionally well equiped and luxuriously furnished. Even it it was to be fully occupied there is plenty of room to get away from one another and you certainly would not feel that it was crowded, in fact there is so much room that if five couples stayed you could easily not see each other if that was what you wanted, even on the terraces you could have privacy. I believe that it is exceptional value for money, located in a very nice area which is convenient for the european quarter.

The heavy entrance doors lead into a small cactus garden.
The front door leads through to a hallway with the kitchen on the right and a separate WC with a hand-basin, on the left.
5 Steps climb up to a large open plan dining area with a table seating 10 people. Large glass doors lead to the terrace, parallel to the street, with a fenced 8x4 swimming pool and a very attractive covered pool lounge with sofas and cushions.
Off the dining room to the left, 2 steps go down to a well equipped kitchen with small dining area.
From the dining room 4 steps lead to a spacious 'modern moroccan' style Air Conditioned TV (plasma) area with lots of comfortable sofas, cushions and coffee tables. There is a small balcony which overlooks the swimming pool.
Ajoining the TV area is a second sitting room with luxurious sofas around a fireplace.
Further steps up to a study/office area which overlooks the whole downstairs.
