Vacation Rental Description
A centuries old home in a quiet, residential area of the medina (old city) of Marrakech, recently completely restored in the traditional manner using authentic building materials, Riad Ariha offers modern comfort combined with the peaceful ambience of a former age.The atmosphere is one of harmony, simplicity and relaxation. Furnishings are simple yet elegant.
The riad is centred around a courtyard fountain. There is a dipping pool with wall fountain to cool you in the warmer months. Salon with fireplace to warm you in the cooler months.
The riad has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. One bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub--reclining in the bathtub you can admire the dome above with light filtered through the glass stars. Roof terrace, hammam, Moroccan cuisine. Beautiful views from every angle.
Each room is air conditioned for the summer heat, and has heating for the cooler winter evenings. Friendly service from our Moroccan staff.

Guests are welcome to use the common areas of the riad to relax : the salon with fireplace, the courtyard, the loggia on the first floor and the roof terrace with sunbeds.
Each room has air conditioning and heating and its own ensuite bathroom.
Breakfast is included in the price. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. Meals are served in the sitting/dining room, the loggia, in the courtyard or on the roof terrace – you choose where.
Complimentary pastries and mint tea served upon arrival.
Location :
Quiet residential area in the Sidi bin Slimane area, Marrakech. 15 minutes walk from Place Jma el Fna and 10 minutes from the suqs (markets).

Included in the price are breakfast, linen, towels, all local taxes. In addition, there is free WiFi access and an individual safety deposit box in the room, free of charge.
Home-cooked Moroccan meals are available in the riad made with fresh ingredients purchased from the market. We also offer a private hammam, and massage and beauty treatments.
We help arrange excursions, car hire, guides, restaurant reservations, etc., free of charge.
We are flexible about check-in and check-out, depending on circumstances. We store clients’ luggage if they are off on an excursion for a couple of days. Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on circumstances.

Every room has air conditioning and heating and its own ensuite bathroom. There is an open fireplace in the salon, and one in Jasmine. Jacaranda features a fabulous domed ceiling in the bathroom.

Riad Ariha is pleased to announce that it is now offering Moroccan Cookery Classes to our guests.
Due to popular demand and lots of compliments on the tasty food offered in our riad we have decided to offer Moroccan cookery classes to our clients.
Khadija, our cook, will show you how to prepare typical Moroccan dishes, such as Aubergine Salad (a hot favourite!), Moroccan Salad, Tagine – lemon chicken with olives, beef or lamb with prunes and almonds and a Moroccan dessert. After the class you can then enjoy your freshly-prepared Moroccan meal in the peaceful courtyard or on the roof terrace.
Price including all ingredients: Dh 500 for 1 person
Dh 400 per Person for a group of 2+

Payment policy: 25% deposit required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival. For bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. Payments in advance can be made via Paypal, credit card or by bank transfer. In any event, the riad requests credit card details as guarantee. Cancellation Policy: There is a cancellation fee to be charged by Riad Ariha as follows: For notice given prior to arrival date: 21-30 days: 25% 15-20 days: 50% 7 –14 days: 75% 3 - 6 days: 90% Less than 3 days: 100% In the case of a cancellation of a booking for the whole riad, the following applies. 21-30 days: 50% 7-20 days: 75% Less than 7 days: 100% In the event of premature departure or no show, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. We advise that you arrange travel insurance to avoid problems. Thank you.
