A centuries old riad in Marrakech, Dar Zaman is situated in the northern part of the medina in the historic district of Sidi Ben Slimane. Within easy walking distance to the souks, Medersa Ben Youssef, Marrakech Museum, the Majorelle Gardens and other places of interest, the riad is also just minutes from the famed restaurants of Dar Zellij and Dar Yacout. Tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac away from the regular tourist trail and street noise, this delightful Marrakesh riad is easily accessible by taxi. The main square of Jemaa el Fna, with its fire-eaters, jugglers, snake charmers and storytellers is a 15 minutes stroll through the ancient medina.

Dar Zaman riad Marrakech has been decorated and furnished exclusively by Marrakechi artisans. The décor is clean and simple, with crisp white walls that create a serene and soothing haven from the bustling medieval city. This exquisite Marrakech riad offers four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Both the salon and dining room have open fireplaces, and a third smaller salon is equipped with satellite TV and wifi hotspot.

The terrace is a wonderful place to relax in the sun, with views over the medina rooftops to the Koutoubia Mosque and on a clear day, stunning views of the snow-capped High Atlas mountains in the distance. There is a shower to cool off, and during the hot summer months the plunge pool in the courtyard is an absolute delight to refresh and invigorate.

We take great pride in providing discreet, friendly service, and our friendly team will do all they can to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one.

Our cook, Fatima, has become famous for her delicious dinners. Whether it's Quail with Apricots, Beef with Prunes, or Stuffed Vegetables au Gratin, you will be treated to a true gastronomic delight! During spring and summer we serve dinner on the terrace; during the cooler months beside the open fire in one of the salons.

Breakfast is included free of charge and consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee, yogurt, eggs, and a wonderful selection of fresh bread, croissants, pastries and crepes with honey and jam.

Dar Zaman riad in Marrakech is a perfect hideaway for couples wanting a romantic break in this enchanting city. It can also be hired out as a whole; ideal for celebrations and groups of friends.

Bookings

- Deposit of 50% of total accommodation cost required to secure reservation and is due at time of booking by PayPal or bank transfer.
- The balance of the accommodation is payable on arrival and can be paid for in cash (any major currency) or by credit card. On departure, any extras should be paid for in cash.
- Reservations received within 30 days of arrival require payment in full.
- For whole riad bookings, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at reservation. The remaining 50% is payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

- Before 21 days prior to arrival: reimbursement of deposit/total paid after deduction of €40 cancellation fee
- Less than 21 days before arrival (28 days high season): cancellation fee 100% of the total
