In the common indoor pool area there is also a jacuzzi and a fitness centre. Available satellites are hotbird, nilesat and france telecom. The parking is a private space in the basement garage, with direct access to the flat with elevator, and that opens with a remote control.

Many international and moroccan restaurants nearby in walking distance, coffee shops, a big supermarket just 50 meters away, the central avenue just 50 meters away being Mohammed V with modern and european style. You can walk along Mohammed V and in about 20-25 minutes you will get to the famous and unique El Fna Square with its live show of crowds. And when you come back from shopping in the souks, grab a taxi that will take you in 5 min. and with 1 euro back to the flat. Visit one Riad for a special 1001 night evening and delicious meal.

This all inclusive rate is valid ALL YEAR (NO high or low season) except for Xmas/New Year for 2 persons, additional charge for 3rd person is euro 40/week and for 4th person is euro 30/week; 50% deposit required on booking with bank transfer or Paypal, rest on arrival with euro cash. Breakage deposit euro 250. Daily rentals possible for at least 3 days at euro 60 for 2 persons. Inclusive are charges, linens, weekly and final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private parking.
