Located just off avenue Mohammed V, quiet location in a side alley, close to all entertainment, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, discos. Plenty of public taxis round the corner that take you to El Fna for 1 euro.
Comfortable, elegant, furnished with love for details, aircon in both rooms, sat television, kingsize bed in bedroom, 2 single sofabeds in living room, open fully equipped kitchen in living room, eating table, cozy furnished balcony with nice view of city and sunset. All furniture is new. Located on 5th and last floor. Rate of euro 350 per week or euro 60 per day is for 2 persons and includes electricity, water, gas, linen, cleaning, pool, fitness, parking. Additional euro 40/week for 3rd person and euro 30/week for 4th person. Excellent quality for very decent and affordable price.

Many international and moroccan restaurants nearby in walking distance, coffee shops, a big supermarket just 50 meters away, the central avenue just 50 meters away being Mohammed V with modern and european style. You can walk along Mohammed V and in about 20-25 minutes you will get to the famous and unique El Fna Square with its live show of crowds. And when you come back from shopping in the souks, grab a taxi that will take you in 5 min. and with 1 euro back to the flat. Visit one Riad for a special 1001 night evening and delicious meal.

This all inclusive rate is valid ALL YEAR (NO high or low season) except for Xmas/New Year for 2 persons, additional charge for 3rd person is euro 40/week and for 4th person is euro 30/week; 50% deposit required on booking with bank transfer or Paypal, rest on arrival with euro cash. Breakage deposit euro 250. Daily rentals possible for at least 3 days at euro 60 for 2 persons. Inclusive are charges, linens, weekly and final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private parking.
