It is situated in the Northern tourist zone 15 minutes drive from the main resort area of Grand Bay with it's bars, restaurants, nightclubs, duty free shopping and 10 minutes from Pereybere, the most popular beach in Mauritius. The 3-4 star Paul & Virginie Hotel is nearby and the 5 star Legends Hotel is within a few minutes walking distance. The Post Office, local shops, minimarkets, local restaurants, taxis and public transport are nearby making Waters Edge Villa an ideal location to relax in privacy yet close to the island's main attractions.

Booking :  
A 20% deposit of the total amount secures your accommodation. Your dates will be displayed as 'Booked' on our Availability Calendar on receipt of a deposit payment. The balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your date of travel.  
 
Receipts and Invoices are in Adobe .PDF format and are provided for all payment transactions via electronic mail. Please print a copy for reference. If you require documentation by postal service please provide your address.

he maid works Monday to Saturday 8am until approximately midday except on public holidays. She is responsible for keeping the villa (and anything that belongs to it) clean and tidy. The utility is fully equipped with washing machine and ironing facilities but for a small fee she can do some of your laundry. She doesn't cook but Mr Dan our caretaker can put you in touch with a local chef who works at the Hotel Paul et Virginie who can make arrangements with you directly to prepare meals if you wish. You will of course have to provide the ingredients.

Airport Transfer : We provide airport transfers currently £30 per transfer (not per person). The duration of the journey is approx 1.25hrs drive via the capital city of Port Louis. We are flexible to allow for flight departure times and require flight details at booking to arrange your airport transfers. Our driver holds a card which displays your family name as you exit the arrivals building. Payment for transfers are settled directly with the caretaker who will show you around the villa and hand you the keys. Booking : A 20% deposit of the total amount secures your accommodation.
