Our Mauritius holiday villa has a private swimming pool, BBQ area and air-conditioning throughout.
Our luxury villa is situated in the north of Mauritius. It is only 10 minutes walk from the best bathing beach in Pereybere and a similar distance from Grand Baie - Mauritians shopping and night life 'capital'. 10 minutes drive is Mont Choisy - one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. Supermarket and local produce shopping is less than 5 minutes away.

Built in the colonial style, our villa is situated in a tranquil setting with views for miles. Its location offers all you would expect for a relaxing holiday. The villa stands in its own private grounds with a keepers cottage to the front, and landscaped gardens front and rear.

The spacious property boasts five large bedrooms (3 x doubles - one master bedroom and one double with ensuites, 1 x twin and 1 x triple), lounge/dining room, four bathrooms (2 x en-suite bathrooms, 2 x further bathrooms with showers and sinks) wide balconies the entire width of the property and a highly equipped kitchen and utility room - all beautifully furnished.

The tasteful interior includes sofas, soft furnishings, secluded seating areas, fridges and tea/coffee making facilities in each room.

Our villa is discreetly managed by Garcon & Bebe, who will ensure that the villa is cleaned once a week. Plus, for a small fee they can provide extra cleaning, laundry and maid duties as requested. Garcon will be there to greet you on arrival, show you where everything is and help you get settled in with the minimum of fuss. Garcon can also assist you to secure discount car hire (30% discount off typical EUROPCAR or HERTZ prices for Pendene Villa guests), scuba diving, and boat trips, plus much much more.

    • There is lots to see and do, especially if you hire a car. There are sandy white beaches, beautiful gardens and nature reserves, waterfalls, volcanic craters and mountain vistas.
    Also glass-bottom boat trips and 'undersea' walks, surfing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, and parasailing. Mauritius is also famous for its textiles so don't forget to leave a little room in your suitcase!

Cancellation charges 56 days prior to departure - loss of deposit (20%) 36-55 days prior - 50% 22-35 - 75% 11-21 - 90% 10 days or less - 100%
