S1 is a privately owned ground floor apartment situated on the small award winning resort of Egyptian Experience in the up and coming area of Nabq. Set in landscaped gardens around 5 pools each with an area for small children the largest having "Hotspotz" poolside bar serving snacks and soft drinks. Plenty of loungers and parasols are provided  
 
Finished and furnished to a very high standard the accommodation consists of bedroom 1 with king size bed, bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both have ample wardrobe and storage space and mirror unit and hairdryer. A further 2 people can be accommodated on bed settee in lounge. A cot is also provided suitable for up to approx birth to 2 year. Also makes an ideal playpen to use on the terrace which can be accessed from the main bedroom and living area. 
 
The gated terrace runs the full length of the apartment furnished with sofa, chairs and table making this an ideal extra living area for the warm evenings. Or take your drinks to the roof terrace and watch the spectular sunsets. 
 
Living area is comfortably furnished with satellite TV, DVD player and selection of DVD's, CD player. Lamps and cushions give it a very relaxed feel. Open plan kitchen is very well equipped with large fridge freezer, microwave full oven and hob and all the equipment you could possibly need down to a cool bag to take your drinks to the pool or beach. 
 
The apartment is fully air conditioned with modern, silent units and sliding fly screens are fitted to all windows and doors.

Situated just 10 minutes from the airport and transfers can be arranged if required. 
 
The new shopping area of Nabq is just a five minute ride away. Here you will find large 24/7 supermarket who will deliver to your apartment for a small charge, bars, well known restaurants and designer shops, childrens play area and aquapark. Naama Bay is 15 minutes ride away if you want all the night life, casino, more restaurants and shopping. The old town of Sharm is well worth a visit. Here is where the local people do their shopping and is the place to haggle for your bargains. 
 
Nabq and Naama Bay are easily accessible either by taxi or public transport. Blue and white mini buses run constantly between the two. There are no bus stops just walk to the main road and flag one down. This should only cost you 2LE to Nabq 
 
 
BEACH ACCESS 
 
Most beaches are private in Sharm but guests of Egyptian Experience can purchase access cards to several of them whick includes transport, loungers and parasols. transport from your apartment. Just a few minutes ride away is Nabq beach This is a lovely shallow lagoon and perfect for children. A promanade runs along the front of the hotels and electric bikes can be hired here. Here you will also find 'Kite Junkies' the only kite surfing school in Sharm.  
 
For the divers and snorkellers Sharks Bay is the perfect place to experience the fantastic coral formations and marine life If diving or snorkelling are not for you take the glass bottomed boat. looking down onto the coral is an amazing sight. This beach has a very Egyptian feel with restaurans and bedouin areas.

Your apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival and all neccessary beds made up. Additional linen is in the apartment but if you require extra housekeeping this can be provided by admin for a small charge. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Also mattreses for sunbeds 24 hour security on site small shop selling basics. Internet access is available here for a small charge. Sharm is situated at the tip of the beautiful Sinai peninsular. Here the sun shines 365 days a year so any time is a good time to visit.  
 
The Red Sea is one of the best in the world for scuba diving and to experience the wonderful marine life and coral formations is Sharks Bay just 10 mins away. If diving is not for you a mask and snorkel will give you the same view of the marine life. Quad biking excusions across the desert is available along with all water sports. Boat trips for snorkelling or just sunbathing in the beautiful blue lagoon. 
 
When you have had enough of all the activities all the wonders of ancient Egypt can be arranged. A pilgrimaage to the top of Mount Sinai to see the sun rise ..... exhausting but a never-to be-forgotton experience. St Catherines monastery, Cairo and Luxor can all be arranged.

Rate of £195 is based on up to 4 persons sharing. For 5 or 6 rate is £220. All linen and towels and beach towels are provided. Your apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival, any further housekeeping you should require can be provide for a small charge. Just see admin. Electricity and water are charged seperately by meter and payable to admin on departure. This is read on arrival and again on departure but readings can be taken during your stay. As eveyones usage varies this has proved to be the most popular way of providing utilities as you only pay for what you use. Nothing is added by the owners. Deposit of 75 GBP is required to confirm booking with balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
