Ready to rent from October 2009 this brand new apartment is in the stunning new resort of Sahl Hasheesh. Great sea views and views of the golf courses (currently under construction) the apartment has all its own facilities but with the advantage of being able to use the 'all inclusive' facilities at the 5 star Pyramisa Hotel at an extra cost next door. They also have access (extra cost) to the private beach of the Pyramisa Hotel.
Centered around a large swimming pool the apartments are part of a complex that features a cafe, bar, gym, 24 hour reception and security. The apartments are spacious and contemporary in design and has double room, twin room, open plan dining, living area and fully equipped kitchen. Great views from the balcony as well. It is situated just 5 minutes walk from the main promenade area of this new resort which is not completely operational yet in terms of shops, bars and restaurants being open. The bay is stunning though with great diving to be done from the beach into the Red Sea.
The resort of Sahl Hasheesh is a growing town and as such there is limited facilities open such as restaurantrs, shops etc at the moment so the resosrt id ideal for a relaxing, quiet holiday.

    • The apartments are ideal for a self catering holiday however you have the advantage of being next door to the 'All Inclusive' Pyramisa hotel where for a fee you can use their restaurants, bars and private beach. The communal swimming pool is very large and each apartment has a balcony with sea views or views of the golf courses which are currently under construction

      High Season Price: £300 per Week
         

    10% non refundable deposit is taken to confirm the booking. Full payment is then required 8 weeks prior to arrival date 100% payment is required if booking date is within 8 weeks of the arrival date. 90% refund will be given if cancellation is more than 4 weeks from arrival date. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
