The complex is at the widest point of this stretch of the Nile and overlooks the Theban Hills containing the Valley of the Kings (with the tomb of Tutankhamun) and other Pharaonic sites on the West Bank. This family owned apartment ( F32 ) is located in the new Egyptian Experience resort on the East bank of the River Nile with views across the river to the West bank and the Theban Hills.
The apartment consists of 3 floors, The living area, the kitchen and a guest bathroom are on the third floor, 3 bedrooms, and a family size bath room plus an ensuite for the master bedroom are on the fourth floor plus a spacious fully furnished with garden furniture private terrace on the roof.
There are spacious two balconies on each of the third and fourth floors overlooking the Nile and the large swimming pool.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard, and it is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as you would like it to be.
The resort in which this apartment is located has a large swiming pool overlooking the Nile with an attached children's pool, perfect for relaxation and great fun for kids.
There is a lower terrace beside the Nile and the resort has well tended gardens.
The apartment is only 15 minutes by car / taxi from Luxor International Airport, or the train station and less than ten minutes away from the centre of the town.

Apartment F32 extends over two floors, each with a spacious balcony, and has its own private roof terrace with fantastic views over the River Nile and surrounding countryside. There are 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom) on the 4th floor, and a spacious kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. There are two additional bathrooms.
Both the third and fourth floors have large balconies overlooking the swimming pool and the River Nile.
