Our self-catering ground floor apartment is situated in the middle of the fantastic golf courses of Ain el Soukhna, it’s part of a new complex. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has air conditioning in every room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two double beds (plus a sofa-bed in the living-room).Both of the two bathrooms have a shower with 24 hour hot water. All towels and linen are provided within the price. There is a washing machine, an iron and dry cleaning facilities are available. We have sheets, and blankets for your comfort. The living-room opens onto the garden which looks out directly on the golf courses. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cutlery). TV with satellite is in the living-room.There is a mobile phone where you only need to purchase the phone card.
In the local village , there is a supermarket, a bank, cash points, a pharmacy, take-aways, an internet point and some shops. Taxis/car services with driver/car hire can be ordered to take you the nearest beach (about 1 km) and these are relatively cheap. There is also private parking just beside the house. There is a baby-club and an animation team. The local buses will easily take you to the nearby beach.
Golf courses
Golfers are welcomed to the wonderful golf courses, in fact, these chalets are situated just in the middle and ideal for them. You can have private lessons with the golf instructors or simply hire the golf clubs , equipment and fields. Possibility of having a caddy or even hiring a golf cart.
Everything can be done and organized in advance. Prices can be sent later.
Beach
You can have beach service in the private beaches nearby or you can decide to stay on the beach reserved for the villa owners with no extra-charge. Boat hire is possible, just like fishing and diving.
Entertainment/night life
There are also pools, discos, piano bars, bars and various restaurants like Italian, traditional Egyptian, Lebanon and Indian nearby. There is also a club house in one of the hotels in the village.
Excursions
Various possibilities of having your excursions organized in advance with car or minivan but we recommend visiting :
Suez – the magnificent canal and the oriental market , ideal for shoppers, about 30 km from the village;
Cairo – the capital of Egypt with the famous Pyramids, its wonderful Greek and orthodox churches and Egyptian museums.
Hurgada- possibility of an overnight stay in the fantastic Forte Arabesque
Fayoum- for those who love bird-watching, and you can admire the lovely waterfalls and lake Fayoum.
Camel riding- possibility of riding in the desert , booking on site or in advance.
Fly to Cairo Airport.
From Cairo airport a taxi can be sent and a pick up with driver an be arranged- this will cost about 50 Euros.(for 4 people) minibus (for more than 4) 100 euros. Please let us know as soon as possible.
Local taxis are available but you must be careful, they may overcharge toursists.
