This large spacious luxury detached penthouse is wonderfully positioned on the Paradise Beach Resort which is situated right on the beautiful Ponta Preta Beach which is a haven for sun lovers with it's crystal clear waters and tropical beaches.

The Paradise Beach resort has restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops all within a few metres away. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all of the huge balconies which are also accommodated with comfortable sun loungers, table, chairs and sofas. Free WiFi is available in the Penhouse

The penthouse is detached and therefore is very private. Also, as it faces south, it enjoys the sun all day long on the very large balconies which have wonderful sea views. The use of the 7 private swimming pools for guests only, are all within a few metres away, as are the tennis courts which are also available for guests only. The resort also offer tuition for kite and wind surfing on site. Other activities include scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, sailing and quad biking.

Lovely top floor penthouse apartment with great sea views. Quality furniture both inside and on the 2 huge balconies. Large lounge and bedrooms, with a massive TV in the lounge and another one in the bedroom !
As it is detached, we found it very quiet and private. The beach being only a minute away was great for our morning and evening strolls. Loved the local town. Great stay. Mr C Gayton

This Penthouse is wonderful. We had a really relaxing holiday, it was so peaceful on the resort, as it only opened during the latter part of 2011, therefore there weren't many people about. We loved Santa Maria, it has a lovely local atmosphere with plenty of good restaurants, which are very good value. We do like our fish, which we found so good and very cheap, about 5 Euros for a main course fish dish. If you go into Santa Maria, you must go in the mornings and watch the local fishermen selling their catch on the pier.
We found the Penhouse very comfortable, it is very new and had everything we needed. The rooms were large, as well as the balconies, with ample sunbeds, tables, chairs and also armchairs and a sofa, so we made good use of this for wining and dining. Hopefully, we will come back again, soon I hope! Mrs Henderson
