Cape Verde, Sal isle, Santa Maria resort, accomodation in a new construction studio (2008), 150 meters far from the beach and 250 meters from Josh Angulo Surf Center and Fanatic Mistral Center in the area of Praia Antonio Sousa, seaview balcony: It is composed of a 160x190 double sofa bed with two useful one-drawer night tables, a two-doors dresser, a large mirror sliding doors wardrobe, a practical and functional kitchenette, a table with four chairs, a two-doors fridge, a large bathroom with wash-basin, bidet, WC, shower box; the apartment is very cool and bright; weekly rent at 110 pounds, forthnightly rents at 170 pounds and monthly rents at 300 pounds. I have also 2 bedrooms apartments for 2-4 people and 4 people penthouses available. Water and electric costs are not included. Keys delivery and assistance on site.

Water and electric expenses are always excluded. Their cost is about 10 pOUNDS per person for a week. Common costs and kitchen gas use are included. 
 
 
 
The deposit to book the required period is 50 pounds; balance must be paid in cash at Salaffitti Agency of Cape Verde, on the second floor of the Bounty Residence, apartment L, at your arrival or the following day (credit cards are not accepted).  
 
 
 
Bounty Residence Description: 
 
The Bounty Residence is a new construction building on Sal isle, Santa Maria resort, in the area of Praia Antonio Sousa, a new residential area, 150 meters far from the beach and 250 meters from Josh Angulo Fanatic Mistral Surf center, 5/10 minutes walking distance to the town center. The building is composed of 14 apartments all having seaview balconies. They are all furnished in modern style with single or double beds or double sofa beds, dressers, practical and functional accessorized fitted kitchens, large mirror sliding doors wardrobes, spacious bathrooms with wash-basin, WC, bidet and shower box.

The islands of Sal is a popular destination attracting people from all over the world for its water sports including kite surfing , wind surfing and diving. The ocean is home to many species of fish and fishing trips for shark, marlin, tuna and wahoo can be arranged locally at the pier. Watch the locals brind in their catch around midday at the pier where you can purchase fresh fish at a fraction of the cost of that sold in the supermarkets. Enjoy a spot of fishing from the old harbour wall at Porto Antigo which is popular with both young and old. A visit to the salt mines at Pedra de Lume is well worth a trip here you can float in the lake and experience the feeling of weightlessness Island hop to the other islands, each very different either by sea or air Barracuda Tours can arrange tickets they are located close to the pier . Visit the turtle Sanctuaty. 
Cape Verde enjoys sunshine all year round with temperatures ranging from 24 to 30 degrees with almost no rainfall at all although the island enjoys the same climate as the caribbean , there is no risk of hurricanes and is virtually free of mosquitoes. Sal is most famous for beautiful beaches, the world championships for wind surfing are held on this islands.

At your arrival at the residence our assistant (Luca Annoni) will wait for you to give you the apartment keys. To go to ESPARGO, the capital, take the coach bus during the day; you can take it at the town entrance and it costs 100 escudos which is definitely cheaper than a cab. You can buy fish directly at the fishers jetty; fishers go there every day at 10.30 p.m. And you will pay 4 Euros per kilo at the most; there are also good Cape Verde restaurants where to eat meat and fish dishes for 5 Euros. The only pharmacy in Santa Maria is placed near the PIRATA disco club; it is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 p.m. And from 3.00 to 6.00 P.m. Tap water in the apartments is desalinated; we suggest you to drink bottled water.
