Two bedroom villa, fifteen meters from the cliff top overlooking the sea with an infinity pool. Comfortable modern and spacious with direct access to a private beach. Two minuets walk from the town, five minuets walk from the main beach and 10 minuets from the airport by car. Secluded, quiet, tranquil and un spoilt. It is only a ten minute flight (or 1 hr boat trip) from Praia the capital city of Cape Verde

Inside the property

The property sleeps four people and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen dining area and a large open plan living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for self catering including: Wooden dining table for six, outside table for four, Refrigerator, Cooker, Microwave. The living area has a satellite TV and many sockets for phone, internet & power. (At the time of writing these things are still being connected, please confirm this with the owner). Outside the property

The dev elopement comprises of twenty detached villas, fifteen semidetached bungalows and seven apartments. The property has a large terrace and its own private garden. Due to its location and aspect it is sheltered from the prevailing trade winds so it is warm, even in the winter months. It is also exceptionally quiet as no traffic is allowed in the development and there are only five flights a week from small planes. There are also rules governing noise. During the day there is a day guard who's duty is also to maintain the common areas and keep the pool clean. During the night there is a night guard to watch over the properties. The development produces its own electricity and has its own desalinization plant for water.

The Beaches

There is a private beach only accessible by villa owners down steps built into the cliff. The steps to this beach are on the other side of the pool that can be seen from the bedroom window, about fifty meters from the villa (See Interior - More Photos opposite). On the other side of the local beach is the town of Vila Do Maio. A short walk down through the town brings you out on the main street over looking the long white sandy main beach.
