Spacious and modern 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a low rise building with just 6 apartments. New and furnished in July 2006, the apartment has a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chester drawers and bedside table, a bathroom with bath and shower, a large L-shaped living/dining room with a double sofa bed, table and chairs for 4 and a separate kitchen with all that is needed for cooking and eating. There is a small private balcony with chairs and a large shared roof terrace on top of the block.
There are sea views and the beach is just 150 metres away. Santa Maria town centre is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
