This is a Luxury Apartment providing ample accommodation for 6 persons includes 1 double bed, 2 single beds & a Sofa that sleeps 2 small children or 1 adult.
There is also a safe to put your valuables in e.g. Passports & Tickets & money in. It also has a washing machine, Microwave and a large fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle Tea Coffee & Sugar.

Your UK mobile in Egypt can be expensive when calling or receiving UK calls. For our guest's we provide an Egyptian pay as you go sim card free of charge all you pay for is the credit. If you have a locked phone don't worry we have a spare phone for you to use. This also makes it easier for you to contact us if you need us.
2 travel Cots available on request.

Insect screens are provided to all windows and an insect screen on the sliding door to the patio.
No noisy people upstairs as we live there so any help needed during is your stay is available.

Sofa Bed is suitable for 2 small children or 1 adult cots available on request. Smoking is permitted on the Balcony.
There is warm pool on site for the winter months.
The main pool is supervised after dark for evening swimmers the smaller pools close at 5pm for safety reasons as no supervision after this time.
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance before you travel as the owners do not accept any liability for loss damage or injury however caused.
25% non returnable deposit confirms your booking once cleared funds are received a receipt/confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

If you require transfers from and to the airport this will be at an extra charge of £30 per 2 people + £7 per additional persons the airport is approx 20 mins from Delta Sharm.
Smoking is permitted on the Balcony.

What a lovely holiday we have all had here in Delta Sharm. The weather was great! made use of the various pools- the slide pool is the favorite!! Had a few trips to Sharks Bay saw some wonderful sights under the sea - well worth a trip for snorkelling. Had a trip to Tiran on a boat organised by Colin - that was the highlight of the holiday for us all Fantastic!! Added to all this was a warm welcome from Karen & Colin - a lovely couple nothing to much trouble - there if you need them but make themselves scarce!! Great apartment which was perfect for us. Yet another amazing 2 weeks the weather has been fantastic (not like last Easter when it rained in the uk) & yet another 1st to get Kathy snorkelling and doing her discover scuba diving (& Bryan's too) not bad for 34 years of persuation. Our 3rd time staying with Karen & Colin Many thanks again perfect hosts- nothing to much trouble to you. Bryan & Kathy Western Easter 08 looking forward to next Easter already.
