Kingsbeach, situated on the Californian side of Lake Tahoe, is based inbetween California and Nevada. Each side of the lake is just as beautiful as the other, both being very well known and popular tourist attractions all year round.
Lake Tahoe was formed over 2 million years ago during the ice age and is the largest lake in north America and second deepest lake in America, so don't attempt swimming if your not that confident. Areas which are situated around the lake include such place like Incline village, where we have many self catering beach houses which is also part of another lake which is a special lake as it doesn't run into the ocean instead it runs into the desert of Nevada.
Or you have heavenly valley which is on the Californian side of the lake. We also have many private cabins in Heavenly Valley Lake Tahoe is a very well known and visited tourist attraction for those who are ski lovers, with the beautiful mountains that surround the area and heliskiing has just been allowed and has become hugely popular over the last few years.
Being one of the most popular ski resorts in America Lake Tahoe becomes very busy during the winter season and during the summer you have just as many activities happening so it's basically busy all through out the year., however the weather is not always warm and can get quite chilly from time to time so be prepared for when you head out there.
