Cape coral is also very well known for the very beautiful long canal which runs through the city, or should I say the 400 mile canal which runs through the city, which is very popular for people to rent out a boat and have a little water tour through the city. Then you have West palm beach which isn't to far either maybe 15 minutes by any form of transport, in west palm beach. There are many great family orientated bungalows in West Palm Beach, and it is most well known for the many festivals which take place through out the year including the Art fair, the boat fair and the international film festival.
When it comes to those nature or water enthusiasts then look no further than the Billie Swamp which invites you to take an air boat ride where you'll have the chance to see some alligators and snakes and many tropical and sea creatures of the wild.
However if your not so much of the nature type then no worries there's still plenty do in Hollywood beach, including the Boomers parks which are spread out all of the Florida, which will allow you to have some fun with some rock climbing, sky diving and bumper cars which is all very controlled and very safe, or maybe hit the sea and have some adventurous water sports fun and treat yourself to meeting some exotic fish when you decide that your brave enough for some deep sea diving. Or have a little adventurous fun and join in the jet ski racing which is very popular.
