Calabay Parc is located on us 27 and can be accessed from the i4 via exit 58 or 60 (exit 58 is closer and takes you through champions gate although better used once the area is known) exit 60 takes you direct on to us 27, from there turn left and you are on us 27, Calabay Parc will be on your left just a few sub divisions past walgreens (which is on the right).
There are a number of golf courses close by and a walmart is located just past the junction with US 27 and highway 192.
There is a new mall at the junction of US 27 and the I4 with plenty of shopping.
