Hi, I am Adela and I have worked in tourism for the last thirtyfive years, first as a tour guide and then in hotels where I met my husband Mauro who was a GM and finally running our own property. Together in 1987 we saw this ruin and decided to turn it into our dream home but it was so big that we decided to share our piece of paradise with others. So after a huge renovation several years after we moved in we started offering our cottages for rent.
With both our professional experiences we are not content to just give you the keys and say 'see you next Saturday, have a nice week', but we want to help you get the most out of your stay so we are on hand to help you plan itineraries, give you maps and information on how to get there, where to park, what to see and do etc. etc. We will also book advance tickets for museums thus avoiding very long queues and also all manner of restaurants from a pizzeria to a 2* Michelin all of course at no cost for you.
Another of my specialities (husbands beware) is shopping and outlets for clothes and leathergoods, glassware and pottery, but also the best places to buy wine!! We can also advise you on tuscan food and the best things to eat and buy to prepare and we will also supply you with our own wonderful olive oil during your stay.
However, if you prefer to experience Tuscany your own way wewill melt discreetly into the background.
We look forward to having you as our guests at S.Andrea a cellole.
