Tranquility
My wife and I love Florida, we have been going for the last 20 years. We bought our villa in 2005 after looking for about 2 years, we were looking for a nice quiet area close to the beach, where we could build a villa. We have achieved this and anybody who rents our villa will understand what we mean. We sit on our lanai and all we can hear his the birds, I still pinch myself sometimes to make sure I am not dreaming.
Having rented for many years we knew what we wanted and what potential rentors would be looking for and that is what we have got. South West facing, a nice view, plenty of space, nice furnishing, extended pool area, with a homely feel and a air of Tranquility which is why we gave our villa that name.
The feedback we have got from past rentors shows that they have found our villa a home from home and really enjoyed it. The beaches are second to none and we often see Dolphins swimming in the sea, we love the area more and more after each visit. The locals refer to it has paradise and we can understand what they mean
