Rustic rural retreat with garden and pool
We offered our cottage for rental the first time last year, after friends and family's visits had reduced somewhat, so leaving our guest accommodation free. It was with some trepidation that we awaited our first paying guests - would they like it? would we like them? To our delight all went well and on reading their remarks in the guest book 'exceeded our expectations', 'hosts welcoming and very friendly but not at all intrusive' and other lovely comments, we felt much more confident. Our first season continued with wonderful weather and happy guests - fantastic!
Our local restaurant benefitted too as we directed everybody there to sample something a bit different.
