Living the dream...
Over the years, we'd spent a great deal of our holiday-time touring France. A lot of miles had been clocked up antique hunting, perusing arts & craft centres, and visiting the famous chateaux of the Loire Valley. Not to mention indulging in much tasty food & wine. And like so many people, we fell in love with the unique way of life that is on offer here. So much so, that we decided to buy our own piece of heaven - and by chance happended on Le chateau de La Celle-Guenand. Since then we've been working to refurbish the castle; upgrading the plumbing, electrics and interior decoration. We are in it for the long-haul and we've been keen to work with local artisans in restoring the buildings. Now we invite you to share in the fruits of our labour and experience the real France!
