Rent our home in the Algarve!
Patricia and I have owned this apartment from new, when we bought it in 2005.
Our family and ourselves have a lot of fun in the Algarve, and have made lots of friends there.
In fact, we can see why so many English choose to live and retire in the area.
After about 15 years of visiting, we opted for Vilamoura, but not in the town, to purchase our holiday property. This is a quiet part of Vilamoura, but only a few minutes from the Marina and resort. We are not golfers (I do admit to keeping an old set of clubs in our apartment basement!), but do like to watch the enthusiasts from our terrace while we have a leasurely breakfast.
Our favourite beach (Trafal) is only 10 mins. away, but we both prefer a long swim in our pool; sometimes after dark to cool off a bit before its time to turn in.
We do love going into the hills and hinterland, away form the coast. We find small places where its easy to get lunch for 2 and a drink, for the price of a couple of coffees or drinks in the Marina! Do have a look; thank you.
