Our Cyprus Apartment
My husband and I have owned the apartment since it was built in 2005. It was bought as our holiday home. We chose it because it is in the heart of the village and surrounded by locals, not on a Brit enclave like amny other properties in Oroklini. We chose this apartment because it is light and bright and has lovely views over the rooftops to the sea and to Oroklini Hill. Most of our guests agree its position is ideal for a relaxing holiday and appreciate its proximity to the shops and many eating places.
The apartment is in a single block of 12 apartments and on the first floor. There is a lift. We also have a communal pool that never gets too busy as it is only shared by a few apartments. The apartment and block are well maintained and, as we live quite close, any queries or problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
We set the apartment up the way we would like it to be. You will find kitchen equipment, towels, bedding and cleaning equipment so you just need to bring yourselves, your personal belongings and your beach towels! We do provide a welcome pack so you don't immediately need to go looking for something to make a hot drink or food for breakfast.
We pride ourselves on the personal touch. This is our home and when you stay you are a friend. With our knowledge of the area we can usually direct you to places to go or things to see or answer your questions. We have even been known to invite guests to join us for a barbecue!
