About the owner
We are a retired couple from the Midlands, with a base in West Wales. Enjoying the good life in Lanzarote with the company of visitors from all over Europe, we love meeting new people who often become friends,showing them our lovely island,which is mostly in the sun.We try and give visitors a holiday to remember and hope they will return someday. Ryan air at times is making it possible to fly from UK for less than the taxi fare from Arrecife to Playa Blanca.
Why the owner chose an home in this location
We bought a piece of scrub land in 1984 and have watched Playa Blanca develop since then, we built the present Villa and Casa over the years and enjoyed developing the garden and Pool, Helmar retired from Pharmacy and took on his new role as DIY man without a problem, the sea view is still there and despite new roads the peace and tranquility that first attracted us to Lanzarote is still here.
