Why Panama City Beach? INCREDIBLE beaches with white, fine sands, crystal blue/green water just like the Islands, lodging affordability, restaurants variety, entertainment for everyone and every occasion...should I continue??? Why renting through me versus someone else? I am a Beach Lover, and...I love renting my second homes. I became a beach owner in 2008 and again in 2010. I own 2 properties in PCB: an efficiency/studio and a 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The studio was wonderful when the kids were little, but as they grew older...so did the need for more space. My efficiency received the prestigious "Award of Excellent Accomodation" by the notorious Trip Advisor in July of 2011. Many guests have told me that both of my condos are very clean, have a home feeling, very comfortable beds, cute decor, and everything needed for a memorable stay. It is because, they are MY homes, and I visit them on a regular basic. I make SURE that they are well kept, and they have everything needed for a memorable stay. I stay ahead of the competition by offering services that others or only few do such as the beach chairs service with umbrella and Wi Fi internet INSIDE my condo. I also send welcome package with brochures and coupons to make my guests excited about their upcoming trip. I also have a VIP program for returning guests. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay....I am not the person to contact as I believe in buying quality items for my condos as I do home....no second hand furnishing. If you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay...you might want to contact me. I treated everyone as I want to be treated. My motto is...."Hidden Treasure I or II....where memories are created". Life is short, I believe in enjoying it all to its fullest as none of us are assure of tomorrow.
